This drawing was first made with a light pencil to make the shapes then with ink and water we made the shadows and the cool effects by blowing on the ink and water. This turned out to be really nice.

Neutral Ground Charcoal -still life
Interior surface contour.
We were supposed to make a contour drawing of the still life and make its shadow by crosshatching to make contours and depth to the drawing.
Contour/Texture Drawing
In this assigment, i was going crazy trying to find different textures because my house is very plain and not much texture but i did however find some. I used my bamboo rug to make horizontal lines on the fruit basket to make it look wooden. I used my suitcase material as the texture for the oranges due to the fact that oranges have pores in their skin. I used my wall to decorate the street or the road. I also used a big leaf for the umbrella to give it that feel and the movement in my drawing. I also used pins and the decorations on the pins as flowers to add to the girls dress. In their hair, i made it look like it was curly. I enjoyed finding different textures and found out that I can make a drawing with all types of different textures.
Figure Gesture Drawings
this was a practice of our figure gesture drawing, and here we have first stage, and some in second stage. I still think is hard to make the right proportion of the human body but it has made it easier to shape the human body. I need more of these types of drawings to practice. The medium was pencils but one was pencil shavings as a background for the neutral ground. For the neutral ground drawing we used an eraser to make the shapes and then white shalk to highlight and charcoal to make chadows and depth.
Neutral Ground Charcoal- still life.
This was a lot of fun as well. We used a paper that was neutral in color. We made it that way with pencil shavings. Then we drew with an eraser the outline and the highlights of the still life. then we went and used a little bit of contouring with a pencil and then we used charcoal to create more shadow and definition. we also used chalk to highlight. I surprisingly finished early. I had a great time with this one. The shading was a little easier this time. I still need to practice making definition on my drawings but i was happy on how it turned out.

Negative/positive space still image
This project was a lot of fun. We were to draw the negative space to make the still pop. The still life was became negative space when drowned and inside the still life we were to draw the negative space. The end product makes the drawing look like we are looking through the still life into the background.
The City Scape drawing
This drawing was really hard. I am not done yet cause Its driving me crazy. I like the idea however, and the 2 point drawing and how the 2 point helps to make the drawings in the right angles and sides.

Pointalism Portraint
This was a lot of fun. Our Medium was a pen or permanent marker that had a thin tip to it. We were supposed to make lines out of points and create shadow and depth with the points.
